Carmignano Reserve Le Farnete comes from a careful selection of Sangiovese (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) grapes made in our oldest vineyards with a perfect southern exposure for optimal ripening.
Fermentation takes place with long macerations, frequent pumping over and soaking. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is matured in medium-aged French oak barriques for a minimum of twelve months.
It is then bottled and refined in bottles before being placed on the market, for a period of no less than one year.
It is recommended to serve it at 18°C in full-bodied red wine glasses, taking care of oxygenation.
