Osteria Cantagallo in Capraia e Limite offers typical Tuscan recipes, interpreted by the experimental flair of our Chef.
All typical Tuscan recipes are prepared with local and seasonal ingredients guaranteed by qualified producers.
Wine, oil, vegetables in oil, sauces and jams are produced within the Cantagallo and Le Farnete Estates and are therefore an expression of “zero kilometer” cuisine. On request, the kitchen prepares menus for vegetarians and celiacs.
The Osteria has a homely and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to the oven and the large stone and terracotta fireplace, which is always lit in autumn and winter. The rustic decor and wooden ceiling beams recall the typical Tuscan style. Large windows and arched doors open to the garden and surrounding countryside.
