Chianti Montalbano Reserve comes from our best sorting and selection of Sangiovese grapes from our vineyards.
It is ideal with medium-structured meat-based first courses, grilled meats, game and aged cheeses.
It is served at 18°C in full-bodied red wine glasses, taking care with oxygenation.
Vinification is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel, including malolactic fermentation, followed by a minimum of twelve months of maturation in 25hl large casks.
Following bottling, our Reserve remains in bottle 12 months before being put on the market.
